These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Loaf Feed provided by Loaf Tech Studio ("Loaf", "we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using Loaf Feed, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who these terms apply to
These Terms apply to all customers, users, and organizations that access Loaf Feed and any related sites, dashboards, APIs, or services.
2. Service scope
Loaf Feed helps you display content from supported social media platforms, including Instagram, on your website through embeddable feeds, configuration tools, and related integrations. Available platforms and features depend on your plan and may change over time.
3. Account terms
- You must have authority to act for the business or website using the service.
- You must own or have permission to manage each social media account you connect and have the rights needed to display its content on your website.
- You are responsible for maintaining account security and controlling access.
- You agree to provide accurate account and billing information.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service in violation of laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the service.
- Use the service to distribute malicious code, spam, or deceptive content.
- Misrepresent your relationship with Instagram, Loaf, or other parties.
5. Third-party platforms and APIs
Loaf Feed depends on third-party platforms, including Instagram APIs. You must comply with the applicable terms and policies of each platform you connect. Their availability, permissions, and policy changes may affect the service. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or policy decisions. Loaf Feed is an independent service and is not endorsed or sponsored by the connected platforms.
6. Fees, billing, and taxes
If you purchase a paid subscription, its price and billing interval are shown at checkout. Unless checkout states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable billing interval until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.
You can manage or cancel your paid subscription through the billing portal linked from your dashboard. The portal shows when cancellation takes effect. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid the next charge. Paid access continues until the cancellation takes effect, subject to these Terms. Stopping use of Loaf Feed or disconnecting a social media account does not cancel your subscription.
Unless required by law or otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable, including for unused portions of a billing period, and exclusive of taxes. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
7. Your content and your rights
- You keep ownership of your content.
- You grant Loaf a non-exclusive, limited license to fetch, cache, host, process, and display the content you connect, solely to operate the service and deliver your feeds.
- When you disconnect a social media account or delete your Loaf Feed account, this license ends for the affected content, except as needed to complete its removal or meet legal obligations. Data retention is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Loaf intellectual property
Loaf retains all rights, title, and interest in Loaf Feed, including software, branding, documentation, and service design. These Terms do not grant ownership of Loaf intellectual property.
9. Availability and changes
We aim for dependable service, but availability is not guaranteed. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including for security, legal, or product reasons.
10. Termination and suspension
You may cancel your subscription through the billing portal or delete your account through your dashboard. Deleting your account cancels its paid subscriptions and removes its connected-account credentials and cached content from our active service. Deletion does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Any retention of records is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Disconnecting an Instagram account removes its stored access token and cached posts from Loaf Feed. It does not delete the original posts on Instagram or close your Loaf Feed account. Other supported platforms may have different disconnection procedures, which will be explained when available.
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse prevention, legal compliance, unpaid fees, or material violations of these Terms.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or specific business outcomes.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loaf is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Loaf harmless from claims or liabilities arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Loaf Tech Studio is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
15. Updates to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
16. Additional legal terms
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written order form or enterprise agreement, form the complete agreement for the Service.
