Loaf Feed helps you display Instagram content on your website through an embeddable feed, configuration tools, and related integrations. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features over time.

- You must have authority to act for the business or website using the service.
- You are responsible for maintaining account security and controlling access.
- You agree to provide accurate account and billing information.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service in violation of laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the service.
- Use the service to distribute malicious code, spam, or deceptive content.
- Misrepresent your relationship with Instagram, Loaf, or other parties.
5. Third-party platforms and APIs
Loaf Feed depends on third-party platforms, including Instagram APIs. Their terms, availability, and policy changes may affect the service. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or policy decisions.
6. Fees, billing, and taxes
If paid plans are offered, applicable pricing, billing intervals, and cancellation terms will be shown at checkout or in your plan details. Unless required by law or otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of taxes.
7. Your content and your rights
- You keep ownership of your content.
- You grant Loaf the limited rights needed to host, process, and display your content to operate the service.
8. Loaf intellectual property
Loaf retains all rights, title, and interest in Loaf Feed, including software, branding, documentation, and service design. These Terms do not grant ownership of Loaf intellectual property.
9. Availability and changes
We aim for dependable service, but availability is not guaranteed. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including for security, legal, or product reasons.
10. Termination and suspension
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse prevention, legal compliance, unpaid fees, or material violations of these Terms.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or specific business outcomes.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loaf is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Loaf harmless from claims or liabilities arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Loaf Tech Studio is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

16. Additional legal terms
